Mobbing has been shown that is the cause or consequence of mental health problems. The psychological and physical consequences of bullying are serious for the victims. The feeling of desperation, demotivation, distrust and the social withdrawal are the result of mobbing. Also, sleep disorders, depression, paranoia, anxiety symptoms, headaches, dizziness, shortness of breath, vomiting can be appeared due to the bullying.
New colleagues are particularly likely to be victims of mobbing . They haven’t got any “cliques,” no one who sides with them when in trouble. Particularly exposed people are often bullied, e.g. . Women in men’s workplaces and vice versa, foreigners, religious outsiders, homosexuals, transgender people.
